About Frank Blenman

Frank R. Blenman, aside from owning FRBstudios and FRBproductions (Photography and TV and Film productions companies respectively), he is a co-owner of BsqEnt (based in Toronto, Canada) and Broken Clock Studios (based in NYC). Frank is an accomplished photographer, international filmmaker and author. He received his filmmaking and productions skills from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Along side of his media training, Frank is a 25-year veteran of the United States Army, earning a rank of Master Sergeant (E-8) and served as a Drill Sergeant for many of those years. Additionally, Frank is listed in two International Martial Arts Hall of Fames, with one of those accolades being, "Master Instructor of the Year". Educaionally speaking, Frank has two Masters - MBA in Operations Management and a MS in Exercise Science. Frank has worked with Dr. Maya Angelou, Michael Park (2 time Emmy award winner), Colleen Zenk (Emmy nominated), Holt McCallany, Treach, JD Williams, Sticky Fingerz, Sharon Robinson (Jackie Robinson's Daughter), Leland Melvin (NASA Black Astronaut), and Celebrity Chef Terry (Extreme Chef Winner Season 2), to name a few.

Frank has worked on numerous music videos both in country and abroad as the director, producer and/or cinematographer. He directed the short film, “7 Days”, soon to be developed into a web series. Currently, he is producing and will direct a feature film in Guam titled, “Monique Baza”. Of recent, his works include

  • Producing a feature film, “Last Train Home” which is in post production.

  • Cinematographer of the short film P.O.M.E. (Product of My Environment)

  • Cinematographer and production manager for “Black Van”, a soon to be released feature film

  • Cinematographer and gaffer for “Positive”, a short film.

  • Producer on the feature film, “Flash Drive”.
